This episode, we decided to shake things up a bit by moving from Discord to Midjourney's browser version, which is now available to the public. One of the cool features here is the filter option, allowing you to tweak settings with sliders instead of typing in numbers. Warren started by selecting a wider 16:9 aspect ratio and set the style to "raw" for a more photographic feel.

We began with a prompt for a vintage car in a futuristic setting. Using the browser version was a smooth experience – faster than Discord, even on the "fast" setting. As we let Midjourney do its magic, it churned out some incredibly cool car designs. One standout was a futuristic Rolls-Royce, complete with a sleek, modern twist.

Initial Prompt:  A vintage car in futuristic settings with unique artistic representation in a photorealistic style, high-definition, and focusing on a central subject.

Next, we played around with a more straightforward prompt: just a car in a futuristic setting. This time, the results were equally impressive, featuring cars that looked ready to roll off the pages of a sci-fi novel. One of my favorites was a Mercedes concept that looked both luxurious and cutting-edge.

Prompt #2: A car in futuristic settings with unique artistic representation in a photorealistic style, high-definition, and focusing on a central subject.

For a bit of fun, I decided to throw a curveball – a futuristic toaster. Yes, you heard that right. Midjourney’s interpretation was surprisingly sleek and stylish, almost like something out of a high-tech kitchen showroom. It was a whimsical addition to our session and showcased the versatility of AI in generating a wide range of designs.

Prompt #3: A futuristic toaster in a photorealistic style, high-definition, and focusing on a central subject.

One feature we particularly enjoyed about the browser version was the ability to scroll through images without needing to upscale them first. This made it easy to view and compare different outputs quickly.

As we wrapped up, we admired the detailed cityscapes accompanying our futuristic car designs.

One of the cityscapes even resembled Dubai, adding an extra layer of realism and allure to the images. The combination of old-school cool and futuristic innovation in these AI-generated artworks was truly a sight to behold.

That’s it for today’s journey through AI’s artistic drive.
